- Jan Kuttelwascher
- Educated to degree standard in England. Graduated from The University of London with a special honours degree in physics. Flew as a commercial pilot for 33 years. For 16 years I was a CAA instructor/examiner on Boeing 747 aircraft. I completed many courses including Instructional Skills, Resource Management, Briefing & De-briefing,Communication skills,Leadership & teamworking and many more. Safety (risk management) was always the prime consideration. I founded an export/import company in 1975 and sold it in 1982 as a profitable concern. I am fully aware of the needs of small business. I was involved in property development in the UK and have built one local market house in St. Peter Port. I have been a resident taxpayer in Guernsey for 15 years and have 4 Guernsey- born grandsons. My roots are now well and truly planted.
